    the standard of commentating / analysis at the world cup....

    i have heard some bad performances before but why on earth have John Fashanu and Gareth Southgate been chosen to analyse for the WC?

    Fashanu has one of the most annoying voices i have had the mispleasure of hearing, he sounds like he shoudl have been doing voiceovers for school videos on the Industrial Revolution.

    I cant really comment on Southgate because I dont think I actually heard him say more than 3 or 4 words the whole game

    I don't think Southgate's too bad, made one woeful joke yesterday, but he's been okay.

    Haven't seen Fashanu on and pretty surprised he's got a job for the world cup. He must be glad of it though, he's been quiet since gladiators finished.
