Three UK vessels seized in Iran Iran says it has seized three British navy vessels inside its territorial waters near the Iraqi border. Iranian TV has shown footage of detainees. Iran is to prosecute eight UK sailors detained for illegally entering its territorial waters, state-run TV quotes military sources as saying. They didn't seem that fussy about British people being in there territory after the Tehran earthquake. How about this for a deal: we give them the author Salman Rushdie (WHO THEY REALLY DO HATE) & they give us our boats & troops back.
