I am fine, at work till 430 then meeting a mate for a drink i think...

morning, ok today!! stayed sober last night so no hang over

im ill, not long been at work, was supposed to be up at 6.30am

had a mint night last night though, drank far too much, ended up at bambu with chris `hormone` spence and fizz n had an awesome time
