Top 15 Most Influential Tracks on YOU!

Not the coolest, the most obscure, most popular. The top 15 most influential tracks upon yourself. The tracks that made you, yourself. The tracks that had you not heard, you’d be a very different person. (I had to go 15, cause 10 just felt wrong!)

    Mine:

Fazed Idjuts feat. Sally Rogers – Dust For Life
    Bjork – Isobel
Laurent Garnier – Crispy Bacon 'Live version 1999'
Masters At Work – Love & Happiness
    Jam & Spoon – Stella
    Pink Floyd – Breathe
    Don Carlos - Alone
The Beatles – A Day In The Life
    Bis – Candy Pop
Joanna Law – First Time Ever I Saw Your Face
Lil Louis & The World – French Kiss
Jackie Wilson – Your Love Keeps Lifting Me Higher
    Pulp – She’s A Lady
    Last Rhythm – Last Rhythm
St Etienne – Only Love Can Break Your Heart

What a good thread, could go on but these are the 15 I chose:

    Counting Crows - Anna Begins
    Counting Crows - Omaha
    The Kinks - Waterloo Sunset
    DJ Tiesto - Sparkles
    Dido - White Flag
    The Connells - 74/75
Sinead O'Connor - Nothing Compares To You
Blank & Jones - After Love
    REM - Everybody Hurts
Greenday - Good Riddance (Time Of Your Life)
    Housemartins - Caravan Of Love
    Radiohead - Karma Police
Weezer - Island In The Sun
Simple Minds - Don't You (Forget About Me)
    The Cosy Molars - Rehearsal

The last one is a song that a friend who I played in that band with wrote about me and my ex girlfriend. When I was playing the drums to it at our gigs/recordings I never used any fills or rolls because it would ruin the whole song for me:)

Cheers! I missed them when they played because I had no money and spiralling debts. Begged me mum for cash but I had exhaused her already! Next time they are around I will be there in a heartbeat. I love their stuff, its perfect for comedowns (not that I ever have them:wink: ) and can be really chilled (raining in baltimore, perfect blue buildings, anna begins) or uplifting too (mr jones, omaha, american girls!):D
