dont like displaying em on message boards cos i know someone who got sued for using there material on CDs (shit to do with licensing!)...

you wont get in trouble if you clearly state its for promotional use only.

You'd only get in trouble if you were trying to sell the mix.

It was only tidy that were meant to be cracking down on that. There arent any tidy tracks on there are there

i don't think any labels have been getting arsey with people using their material on promo cd's to give out to a few promoters/friends... its those who sell them or those who give out about 100 copies to every1 they know!

That was the only one i'd heard of. There was a thread on it about a year back. Ill try and find it
