    Tribal Gathering - Awesome!!!!!!!

    Great day / night /day!!!

Started off in interesting style on the train there with me and my friend Pete! We were very delayed due to a very weird frakish man on the train with a huge scary dog. He was asked to move it to the front but refused impolitey and threatened instead to cut it up into little pieces with a knive he produced into little pieces and put them in his black bin liner:eek: !! He also threatened (verbally) staff! So had to wait for him to go which took ages before we could set off from Bradford again!!

When got to manc went to wetherspoons to get something to eat and some of my specialtity cocktail (4 x vodka, 2 x archers, 1 x red reef, 1 x orange reef),:D

Already later than planned I had to spend another hour outside selling tickets outside as one of my friends hadn’t turned up! The ticket touts offered us a fiver so they could sell for fifteen and I was like er no thasnks and held out till I got 30 for each!Phew!

When inside I thought I missed yoda as thought he started at 5, but when I got a programme later I found out he started at 7, so could have seen him!!

    Caught Deep Dish, very good!!

Sneak and Carter also well impressive, when Blue Monday came on it was amazing!!

Krafty Kuts was amzing probably best dj of night!!

A Guy called Gerald was good, not quite as good as LFO tho!! Forgot about the rapture tho,
    :D
Jeff Mills was very good, so much so missed most of Laurent Garnier!!!:D

After we found two eeckchairs next to the canal and decided to sit there for a while, even tho I wasn’t fukd I couldn’t b arsed to move.

Bout an hour an half later we managed to find Sankeys for the afterparty which we stayed till bout ten till then left, may have stayed longer and then gone to Sundis, but that would have required stimulants, tho I think I did pretty well to get to ten in the morning without any tho!:D

Quality night overall hope it happens again although think might have been a one-off!!
    :D
And big thanks to jambon, lulu&boyfriends for buying tickets off me!!!!!!:D

anyone else go only saw lulu, jambon and lister!? :D

Warehouse was just AWESOME!!!! best party I've ever been to

Venue was spot on, big clapped out warehouse fitted out with excellent lights lasers and sound systems. Sankeys had grafittied (sp?) the walls with stuff like "you're here because you don't like trance"   was light to start with the sun coming through the skylights, cannot get used to clubbing in the daylight :spangled: , but looked fantastic when the sun went down.

Deep Dish    were incredible, anyone who's been writing them off lately can eat their words now! Played some amazing woomph woomph sounding stuff early on but finished last 2 hours with trademark DEEP n banging stuff :D

Sneak & Carter were even better though, played everything from deep funky tribal techy and everything in between, highlight was definitely Blue Monday after fucking about with it for 10 minutes before eventually playing it in, I've never seen anywhere go off like that :D :D:D:D especially SimonE :p

Groove Armade were incredible, 1st time I've seen em, as was Guy Called Gerald, LFO live played some crazy fucked up shit and had the place in uproar

Caught a few acts in the little room which was packed and jumping all night, DJ yoda, who was the only one when I knew who was playing, was cutting and chopping anything and everything.

    What a night!!!!

in attendance were me, ade, jeff, kate, fran, messy, mike, simonL, SimonE and the 3rd one from PGR, Jambon, lulu n ritchie

no but for a 21 year old kid he has produced 3 of his own track which have been given great reviews from the likes of Lawler/Deep Dish/Tong. Has been featured on Seb Fontanes show on radio 1 and has a remix on the latest Deep Dish GU. not bad eh ?

    Warehouse

    What a party!!!!!!

Probably the best clubbing experience ive ever had i reckon. The music, the venue, the crowd, the atmosphere were all amazing all day long. Sneak and Carter were awesome never seen a reception like it when they arrived and when they dropped Blue Monday after teasing everyone with it for 10mins the place blew up, dont reckon i'll forget for a long time yet. Groove Armada were good but not as great as i expected them to be but by that time he place was getting canny hot so it was hard to get into. Never really ventured into the Soap Bar cos it was too small, way too hat and crammed gutted i missed yoda and scratch perverts but the rest of the day made up for it. Garnier was the one for me tho...... 4th tmie ive seen him Dj and it was by far the best. proper acid house music all night, the shamen - move any mountain was played early on, sl2 - on a ragga tip got a play too but the highlight was when he dropped the man with the red face....... another highlight i wont forget for a while.

Lets hope theres another one soon, but ive got a feeling nothing i ever go to again will be as good as this was.

The warehouse was a good party, for me Yoda was my fave, he has some got crazy skills and excellent record selection to go along with it..

Garnier was also very good and LFO was insane machine music, "this is going to make you freak"

    :D :D
