How much u paying at that gym?

I normally go to queen street, canny good gym too.

Its important that i go with someone who will push me to go, cos im a fucker for getting distracted haha.

Ive considered Springs etc, it seems like it might be full of posers, but if its got really good equipment i would pay.

In a few months im gonna convert the garage at my lasses house into a gym. Buy a squat rack and a good bench. and some good dumbells.

Stick a hifi in, champion :D

The one i normally go to is queen street gym which is full of meatheads anyway. So that doesnt phase me.

Ill have a look into em this week. Got all my protein shakes etc. that might come in handy with my diet.

Time to hit this shit hard!, hopefully :D

I'm similar mate. I go to the gym and stuff but my diet is poo. I've got to a point where I won't get any bigger unless I change the way I eat and push myself harder at the gym. It's too easy to skyve off when you're doing it on ya own.

Re: Re: Re: Wanting to Hit the gym properly..

well anderzz giz a ring next week, because i'm off this week due to me work and a pulled trap.

next week am back on me diet plan and back in for the full
week (4 times ish) its about 2.50 a shot for as long as ya want.

or 10a to be a memeber then ya can pay 6 quid at the begginin of every week and ya can gan every day as long as ya want. its full of meatheads like but i know them all and they've all got good crack.

i also need to get some more whey isolate next week, i think thats why my neck pulled last week so bad! i can't stress how important the need for protein shakes are like. this nutrition specialist was the other week and he explained the need and the fact that i would have had to eat about 20 tins of tuna a day just to supply the muscle with adequate protein just to recover however it still wouldent build! bastards, plus eatin that much tuna is a bit dangerous

Buy all my protein stuff from myprotein.co.uk

easily the cheapest and best place ive seen. no fancy packaging so they save a fortune and the low price passes on to the customer.

    MP18461

Thats my reference code so you can get 5% off your first order too.

    Cant recommend that company enough.

If your wanting to put weight on you should give stuff like, lonsdale megagain or met-rx size up n that a go. They are mixed shakes with plenty of protein, high carbs which is good for weight gain, creatine, l-glutamine which can aid in growth of muscles and recovery, and they both have a high content of BCAA's which are building blocks of protein.

I might start taking some of these shakes because i spend a fortune on buying everything seperate and have a mass of supplement pills lol

You wont beat my protein prices mate. even in little shops i reckon.

they dont fuck about with brands and packaging, they produce their stuff, its all tested and certified to be of a top standard.

check the forum on their website. lots of people who love it.

I bought a 5kg tub of whey protein (concentrate like) for 20 quid with a price match.
