What other musical genres do u like?

I used to be well into my indie music a few years ago. I still love Ash's '1977' album. I'm into quite a lot of old stuff as well such as 60s and 70s. I love all that 70s disco music too! :D

particulary big on the beatles. im in love with paul McCartney...despite him being 60.

sepultura is also very good. Roots is a class album.

    wow, loads of other stuff...

    house, funky house, deep house...
some indi, REGGAE!, Sublime, Pink Floyd, Punk Rawk, ska, chill-out, even classical sometimes...

I know this doesn't apply to you all (but it does to Phil), but lots of PPP have a 1-dimensional of choons, i.e. trance, trance, and more trance. Nowt wrong with a bit of girlie - hands-in-the-air - European trance, but there's shit loads more good stuff out there too that aint trance, or even dance muzak!

Love old r n b/soul/funk classics like otis reading, wilson pickett, stevie wonder, stanley clarke, james brown, love a bit of reggae too be it in the form of bob marley or shaba ranks :D

Like other dance genre's too - from balearic house to chill out music, from drum n bass to trip hop.

Can't stand Metal though (with the odd exception like some of RATM's stuff).

Trance & Hard Trance is what I listen to most! But I do like the occasional change of style aswell - have quite a few chill out cd's. Loads of soundtracks to films aswell - Gladiator, Last of the Mohicans, White Squall, Crouching Tiger - Hidden Dragon & few others. Have the odd rap tracks knocking about somewhere - not many like.
My Dad is like a classical freak so believe it or not I too like the odd classical theme!
Dire Straits, Bruce Springsteen = Heros...just heros!:D
Dido, David Gray - few things like that!

Ian Brown and Stone Roses - I never used to like these but I think they're pretty good shit now. Ermmmm Acid House and proper 80's Techno aswell.

I been listening to Saint Etienne a lot aswell and I fucking LOVE Motown stuff.

Anything thats uplifting - trance or house !

Bit of Craig David now and again - any garage that is melodic is OK, the gangsta rap style (as in so-solid crew) is definitely a no-no

This week I have mostly been listening to Erick Morillo :D :D

    Your almost cool

Wu-Tang - CREAM is possibly the best ever west coast styled gangster type tune (even if they are east coast :p )

Eminem, Tupac n Snoop are parp... although I must confess to loving eminem when i was 15/6, heard him on the net :D Snoop too when I was about 12/3 was the bollox used to love Lodi Dodi (and the entire doggystyle cd)... Fortunatly I've heard Slick Rick La Di Da Di and realised that Dogg's version is well pap and the only talent behind Doggystyle was dr dre, who wasn't half as good as he was in NWA :D
