When you buy promos.... .....and it says "PROMO USE ONLY - NOT FOR SALE" on the label....and a record sore sells it to you....isnt that against the law? Ive always pondered that!

i got nukleuz promos sent to my house from nukleuz themselves when i bought sum vinal from them over the internet
its probably a ploy from record companies to make people want to buy records more, a successful one too thats what ive always thought anyway.....
possibly! but they are the same promos that people get for free! it must be different when its a record store like, they must just buy the promos from the label and sell them on.
