spectrum imaging just up the road from luckies (st mary's place, opposite civic centre) is your best bet. You can email the stuff through to them on phil@spectrumimaging.co.uk to be printed, and they also do binding and stuff as well if you want to get it looking extra professional.
Since the library shut the Tourist information centre in the Central Arcade has been offering Internet & printing services. Same price as the libary & they have about 4 15 minute quick access machines + 4 longer visit machines.
