like a good quality one that doesent look cheap or tacky

Actually Jimi, you're better off buying your own plain T shirt from H and M and then taking it there to get it done. The t shirts they'll have themselves will be proper ill fitting ones and shit quality.

get some special paper and print it on that then iron it on a plain top

I used to get a lion on a t shirt shall i say back in the day and all i used to take in was some little picture of what it was and then went back about an hr or so later and was spot on.
