Winner! Lucy's dad's tele started sparking at the back yesterday so he decided to go out and buy a new one straight away, not being one to be bothered getting things fixed (the new one is a 32" plasma screen hd ready etc like). Anyway he said we could have the old one if it could be fixed so. took it to the shop this afternoon and it'll cost £88 to fix. I'm thinkin a £32" widescreen tele, 2-3 years old for £88...mint. Just found out tho he's gonna pay the repair bill too for lucy giving him a lift to get the new one!!!! many thanks to the father-in-law :worship:

i said if it was my step father, my dad has recently decided to get a plasma seeing as the old one is getting a bit shit, he was gonna get the same size, but i persuaded him, that he was stupid to do this
