There used to be a student dentist hospital attached to Newcastle Uni. Give the uni a call and see if it's still there, they'll sort you out for free.

Go to the dental hospital at the RVI if you have time they should do them for free

Clove Oil

Taste vile and makes your mouth water like fuck, but it does take the pain away,

Mine were (or are) pretty bad.. but just live with it fella.
Although.. I woulda reached for a remedy if I had one..

Only last week I got a shell from a nut in crunchy nut stuck in the gum next to where my wisdom tooth come through.. now thats pain.
