1. toilets for quik 'prep'
2.enter room wi glazed xpression on eyes
3. stand in place to cause as much annoyance as poss,ie at the elusive end of the bar esp wen ur not needin 2b served, 4 30mins.
4. target competitor
5. coolly and calmly wander ova to competitor.
6. stand along side competitor whilst appearin 2b lookin ova t top o evri1. no talkin.
7. let t shufflin commence!!!
I dont kno how u actually win this game bu ther r many participants week in/week out so mebeez they cud shed sum lite!

its all about stamina!!!! who can shuffle for the longest. only the few hardcore super cool elite will be able to last till the end! and then we have a winner

dirty tricks are however allowed, burning another competitors clothing with fags or spilling drinks is allowed. and those not looking the part are immediately removed from the competition

no-ones eva really mentioned the always room on the msg b4 now have they.....??? do you think theres anyone on the board that goes to promise just for the always room??? maybe they are their own little groups just like the way we do and get excited all week for goin to promise but to go in the always room rather than the main bit.... i've only bin in there a few times i used to get dead scared cos everyone seemed dead stuck up but the past couple ov times every1's seemed okay. i always feel that they're gonna look at you like shit though cos i always go in there all sweaty and wide eyed looking like shat and they always look bootiful and i always think that they're gonna be looking at me with disgust!! xxx

The always room is usually populated with lost shindiggers, which is ashame cos there quality dj's are those always boys

Bac in t day b4 t clones from planet strand took ova backroom was wikid!!!esp wi Steve Butler- happy days!worry not about how those in the always room perceive u m'dear!theres nothin i enjoy more than havin a twirl in there and if ur lucky u mite spot 1 of t 'lost 1s' mullered up,sweating their tits off, eyes rollin & STILL tryin 2 shuffle for all their worth and thats a site rarer & funnier than the wkly promise munterings anyday!!
