    anyone else do this, i know Brid and one of my other mates does it, i saw a few people doing it on tele and thought id give it a pop, not for any spiritual bollox jsut the stretching and shit as i keep getting quad strain just before playin footy.

    Yoga is brilliant, and challenging.

    Everyone should give it a try - you'd be amazed how much a proper session can do for your mental state and your body. Its surprising how many people never actually ever really calm down mentally or focus on relaxation in a way that helps you feel better.

    Plus, some of the poses and moves are VERY challenging - when your my build, being asked to just stand on your head with no support is easier said than done..... now do it and hold that for a minute or five while breathing deeply ;)
