starbucks use automated machines for their milk so its the same temp everytime unless you ask for extra hot. i've had some horrible cups of coffee...
Costa is wack though, they've got about 5 different drinks and use 1 espresso bean. My shop had about 30 drinks and 23 different beans.
its got a nice vibe in there but their coffee isnt that good, i got a latte from there and it was probably about 140 degrees, too cold.
mate i managed a coffee shop for a year, i took numerous tests and have won awards. i very much doubt that.
I guarantee you i can make you the best coffee you have ever had. I've won awards for my coffee.
