Are u using a router now? If you are then u need to look see what port u are using in the torrent program. Logon to the routers config page...
try downloadin somethin else. it will (probably) use a diff tracker. if that works u know its just the tracker the other torrent's using is...
Maybe the tracker is just goosed. Try some other torrents - see if they work.
