Well obviously if you or a mate has a few plants on the go you're going to get weed a lot cheaper than what you'd have to buy, but that's weed....
The only way you would end up getting them cheaper is if you have a very good connection. i.e know a chemist personally.
Heroin has more chance of being made legal than the majority of drugs out there.
I highly doubt that would happen. A lot of drugs are very cheap to make. Tax would increase the price but not more than what we are already paying.
