if you're gonna voice an opinion you should know something about it. Iran is a much bigger threat right now than Saddam was 2 yrs ago

You do uderstand that most WHITE farmers would be given back the land they had pre-Mugabe & that a few/lot of BLACK people may die in doing so.

If you look at Iraq you can see that even if you take out the "ACE OF CLUBS" it doesnt solve the problem, it creates more.

The people who got chased away by Mugabe will want to go back & reclaim the land they used to work on & the cronies Mugabe give the land to wont be that eager to give it back.

It could of been an election winner, you only have to look at the Falklands war & what it did fot Maggie.

Si even voted 4 Maggie because of the Falklands war

Bri, I've heard of this other country that I'm worried about, get this. It's run by a religious fanatic and most of the people are religious nuts who think that anyone not in their cult are evil infidels out to get them. They have a secret service who fund evil despotic regimes all over the world and have already overthrown many DEMOCRATICALLY elected governments they didn't like. Word is they have WMD and nuclear weapons. In the last election they guy who lost rigged it so he won the election!!!:eek: what should we do? Should we invade them and restore democracy and remove a threat to world peace???

as ever your twisting what i say to get an argument.

    argumentative boy ;)(

i said i thought it was right what we did in taking out saddam, it needed to be done.

if the country in question is the same as how iraq was, being run by a madman who IS a danger to humanity and we were to go in and invade it to get rid of him.

yes - i agree with that.

whats so wrong with taking out a danger to us? or wud u suggest that they are left alone?

And? Every statistic, almost without exception, is a sample based survey, not a census. I thought a man of your caliber would realise that, Spence ;)

Properly done, it is pretty damn accurate, too. And I would trust a journal of that nature to be scientifically sound.

That statistic is bloody brutal. Relative to population, that is a LOT higher than the Soviet Union after Stalin.

personally i dont care what reasons blair and bush had for invading iraq, to put it simply we should have finished the job 12 years ago.

whether bush and blair did it for money and oil and all that shit i couldnt care less......as long as that sadistic bastard is no longer in a position to the cause the mayhem, suffering and death that he did then the world is a better place.

if a few thousand need to die in order to save the lives of millions then so be it.

As if saddam was a threat ??? NO more than syria, Iran, Isreal and korea of which a few HAVE nuclear weapons.. We put SAddam in power so its our fault and i personally dont think Iraq is a better place today than it was 2 or 3 years ago...

Its all about $$$$$$$$$$ and dont forget that

as i said, i dont give a flyin fuck what the reasons were, a man like that should not have the power to bring misery and sufferin to millions. and how can u say that iraq is no better a place than 2-3 years ago?! granted that there is a lot more turmoil in that region now, and there will be for some time, but in the long run the country is in a better state than anytime that murderous bastard had the reigns.

blair and bush may be gettin billions of dollars from the oil business, but even so, the iraqi people will benefit from that commodity more now than when saddam was takin the lot for himself. it amazes me how some people say it was wrong to get saddam out of power, whateva the reasons were behind the invasion.
as far as any other country goes, do the same to those twats if they're just as bad.

Im not saying it was wrong im saying why him and not any of the african leaders who commit genocide everyday??? Why put saddam in power in the first place?? Why use lies to kill 100,000? Iraq was not that bad a place, Women had rights and children played freely and had good education, yes he killed a lot of kurds which is awful but he is NO WHERE NEAR the worst leader in the world, So in conclusion if we are gonna get rid of one we should get rid of them all. And if you think the iraqi people will see the oil money your having a laugh, Cheny, Haliburton and all the fat cats are lining there pockets as we speak....

i'm not sayin we shouldnt go in and get all heads of state that commit the same atrocities that saddam has, i think we should. any leader that kills their own people or commits genocide should be dealt with.

and as far as the oil money goes, the iraqi people will see more of it than the few massive gold palaces that they saw before!!!
