    Nostalgia and all theings Nostalgic....

Talking of dredging up the class shows of yesteryear, yes I do remember 'Ulysses 31' - was actually very class at the time... when Philip Schofield and Edd the Duck still infested the broom cupboard.. :D
'The Mysterious Cities of Gold' was another class series that went on for ages.. class story line! Don't think it's been on the telly since then.
If you can remember back far enough, can you remember a classic anime series on BBC1 called 'Battle of the Planets'? That was really cult viewing at the time!

But.. if you're really getting back to the golden age of television.. who wants to see 'The A-Team' or 'Airwolf' or Knight Rider' make back on telly for some classic re-runs? :)

classic 80's cartoon, french originally i think. basically, a massive space ship, set in the future, 31st century or somethin - everyone was put to sleep on it cause Ulyseeses 'defied the gods' - only Ulyseese, his son Telemecus, a little lass and a mental red robot called NoNo were left awake to go on many weird adventures in space. All the rest of the crew were frozen somewhere in the ship, in suspended animation while they searched for the gods that would re-awaken them. oh, the ship talked to. and looked a bit like this.

... i can only remember it a little bit..... honest....
