Im thinking about getting another staffie from the rescue place but its risky cos I already have a staff so whether theyed get on or not might be a problem

hugging trees , if you dont like it , fuck off , i

i dont know if it's even seen a cat. it gets excited about the guinea pig but i think it's just cos it's never seen one. It's very young so it has plenty time to love a cat.

Like with any animals it would probs just take a bit of patience at first.

I was a bit sceptical weather or not it was a good idea at first, the Vets were good, gave us all the gear for free (which was a bonus) but she's absolutly no bother. Only a baby, 1'ish the Rescue Centre said.

Cheers Lu, but im going to keep her tho, she's absolutly lovely! I was nearly breaking my heart when they were telling me how they found her. She's put on a load of weight the past week & I've just taken her to be spaded & micro chipped tonight so she's on the mend & slowly getting sorted:)

Thing is you have to be patient. gradually allowing them more and more interaction together.

I got my pup from rescue centre but told them i didnt have a dog as their idea of checking if it will work is just letting them look at each other with a lead on, but i know my staffie and i know how she would react in different circumstances. I knew for them to get on almost straight away i would have to get a young pup, anything older would just have meant more patience and supervision for a while. So it really depends how much time you have on your hands. I just took pup straight in the house and kept a hold of my staffie to stop her being too rough with pup being so little as she wasn't just sniffing him, she was prodding him with her nose quite hard. A couple of jealous snaps later and they were licking each other.

My two are best friends now and love each other.

But me lady is still very much the boss.

Yeah if I got one it would have to be younger than the one I have (hes just turned 2), he gets on with other dogs no bother

another hint when she's fully fit, if she's not already done get her spayed. Just calms them down a bit instead of being constantly hyper and increases life expectancy.

if he gets on with other dogs you'll be fine, just ask when you go to make sure the other dog does too. otherwise it could get messy. Claremont road has a lovely little staffie pup in at the mo, cant be any older than about 4 - 5 months....thats if she's still there.
If not i'm sure they will have a staffie you'll love cos they have plenty and they're all desperate for a loving home. if not benton will.

Breaks my heart when i go up.:(

Yes, where do you live? It can be quite pricey, but is worth it in the long term and prevents unwanted pregnancy as well.

Both our Cats were originally abandoned on the side of some roads in boxes before we took them in, both from different oweners - fucking bastards.

Its beyond me why anyone would ever wanna hurt a cat or a dog or any animal to be honest?

They actually now get more than me in the house
