If you dont mind me asking why not?

I dont think I could live without alcohol theres very few things I love more than getting a few of yous together and having a social pint or two. Love getting proper hammered aswell at after partys when indulging in illegals.

I'm currently forbidden to drink on orders of my doctor, so may I thank the thread for making me so damn thirsty!

i've now been 'dry' for about 4 months now and its a fucking nightmare when your out with your mates and your the only one who is sober.

Anyway, I like Becks, Stella & Peroni but if I can't get that then I look at the likes of that mega strong dutch stuff that I forget the name of, Morvolo and Corona. As for spirits, I like Southern Comfort and Lemonade and Vodka, Lemonade & Lime.

Oh what I would do for a drink right now...........

    Proper cider should be cloudy!

I tend to drink wine in the house, dry cider if just out for a few, and either Smirnoff Ice, vodka and coke or vodka and red bull if I'm out for the night.

Shite Australian lager like Coopers and Toohey's at the minute. A good beer here is apparently so ice cold that you can't taste anything. Closest thing I've seen in the bottle shops to 'posh' European lager is Becks.

Aussie's like spirit mixers, which you buy in pop sized cans (good for drinking in public). Of these Bundaberg Rum O.P is bearable - 8.9%

hahaha anyone classing becks as a posh european lager should be shot!

although i had a bottle of becks green lemon (which is lime really) last night and surprisingly, its really nice! although its only 2.5 percent tho! pah!

Amstel's ok as far as radge euro lagers go, and if i'm at the dam i'll drink heineken.

drank a bottle of smartprice Vod at a party last night, along with half a bottle of Lambs navy rum.... and now i've gotta be at uni for a 3 hour lecture on art history

    whizz anyone?

Don't mind you asking at all mate. It's mainly down to the fact that the first few times I got pissed when I was younger I was horrificly sick. That kind of put me off.

But even now if i'm out and decide to have a couple I get tipsy straight away but then start to feel proper monged within half an hour.

My body just isn't used to alcohol. If I have 2 pints I get tipsy and I have hangover the next day. Seriously. If I drink while out on the Little Fellers it's proper game over. My head collapses in the early hours and I get the worst bad head ever. Pure massive dehydration - again, cos my body isn't used to drink.

So I just stay away from it, it doesn't detract from my crack with my mates when we're out and they're pissed - and it always means there's someone with a straight head to keep them out of trouble, haha.

Unfortunately I have other Vices that hammer the finances.

Although I do spent about £40 less than my mates on an average night out. :)
