    so you wouldnt be bothered when therye wheely bin fucking stinks cos therye too tight to fork out a few pennines to get it cleaned, there windows are filthy, they dont bother to decorate or look after there house and gardens, just let it fall into a delapidated condition. this rotten tooth in turn drags down the value of your own property and others in the area.
