Any1 have a shite bodyclock?

    I fully agree, I could get another coupla jobs!

    As to a sleeping pattern, my bedtimes are purely random, sometimes I go 30+ hours before bed when I'm I do a shift and then go flyering/drinking/watering pot-plants.

    I usually go to sleep at 12, wake at 7, but im up during the night at intervals. Dunno why. Im going to bed later now though cos of the darn snooker. I have to watch the highlights and stuff :D

    My body clocks well fukked up since getting to uni!
    its changed to gp to sleep at about 3/4ish everynite now, nd wake up whenever, missing lectures in the meantime!
    it well pissed me off the other day tho, i had to go to teach in manchester for the day, nd had to be up at 5, i didnt get to sleep till about 4!!1 grrrr! xx:p

    your over sleeping...do more excerise...sleep less & get fresh air then u won't feel so tired!!! :D

    Routine and responsibility will regulate your body clock..

    Back when i was working from home, i used to wake up at 6pm when my girlfriend got in from work... stay up all night and go to bed when she got out of bed to go to work :lol: :lol:

    Now im up at 6am-7am every day and in bed by 10:30 :rolleyes:

    i never sleep at the weekend.
    dont usually sleep much during the week cause im always at work!
    if im lucky il get bout 6 hours sleep a night!
    shit happens tho!
    get used to it after a while mate!;)

    about 2 years ago i got REALLY bad insomnia. i just couldnt sleep no matter what i did. It was like i forgot how to sleep or something. very strange! i just sat up nearly all night playing ISS Pro and watching videos....
    i found that doing exercise really helped.....!

    When I was a postman my bodyclock was terrible, all I used to do is sleep. Some days I used to sleep for 10-11 hours easy.
    Fuck that nowadays, I like to be up and about, even tho I dont start work til 13.00 I still get up at around 8:)
