Anyone else back to work on the 2nd Jan?

i am, and its pissed me off no end.
starting back the day after new years day, with only 2 days til the weekend, what a waste of time.
oh well, only 7.5 months left on my placement.

tell me about it mate, i never thought id miss being a student so much, but i cant wait for september, even though the last yr means more work.

me neither, cos i doubt i could hack it to be honest!

I'm not at work til 6th! How glad am I about that after the last few days. There's no way I couldve got up for work this morning, I didn't wake up til after 5pm!!! I think my shenanigans have finally taken their toll. It's time for some serious recouperation me thinks!

Trust me workin 9-5 is beta than workin w/e and/or working to and from stupid hours in the day (ie 7 in the mornin or 11 at nite)

Me either. Isn't it great!

Trust me it aint. Ive done both and i know which i prefer.

Only advantage i can see of 9-5 is no workin Saturday mornings.

9-5 is much better. I had to start at 7 at the Evening Chronicle and Sunderland Echo. Getting up at about six was a killer! I preferred working late to getting up early.
