Had they not already signed something and/or paid a deposit?

They had paid a fee to the agency I am/was using, for credit checks etc. Which doesn't come to me unfortunately. I think the agency might be pulling a bit of a swift one though, as the tenants are looking for another property through them (one of them dropped out, so they are looking for something smaller). Not happy at all.

That's a heck of a good price for your house BOB, specially given the location.

I'd be snapping that up if I was after somewhere

take my word ppl, it's a seriously nice house... with a cool loft room

Loft room is locked up with the remainder of my stuff in it!

And Si - you didn't even see it when it was done up - it looks like a totally different house (no more orange paint and navy carpet)!

They're tiny though, this is a big house! Plus those flats are normally 2 bedrooms.

Who'd want to live in some scratty mass-produced box way down on the quayside when you could have a nice big house in the middle of town?

    Quayside's way over-hyped imo.

Don't think that many people on here could get a mortgage for £130k though?

Or live in one worth £230k (which is what mine is on the market for). And there aren't that many people on here who could afford £700pcm on their own.
