Fair enough.

The way I se it is that if an artist wishes to give up his right to not let people remix/sample/copy their work then so be it, but if not, then they should be able to protect that work, and if a law is required to ensure this, which in these times of high quality, easily accesable digital copies it is, then it should be in place.

That is a bit silly.

i don't see why everyone can't just buy vinyl and just use one of these instead of ipods and the like
