Arrogance on this board

I tend to only insult people I consider friends... thats the difference... Theres people on this board I don't like - but I never insult them, I let them talk amongst themselves.

Who are these people that I've hurt with these witty comments I've made to make me look intelligent

My problem is with the people who belittle people they don't like - this is bullying. And its not just 1 on 1 its usually 3 or 5 on 1...

I've never denied I'm not arrogant

I walk round promise with my nose in the air... but I never maliciously belittle people... the point of this thread isn't having a go at the select few folks up there own arse... its having a go at the select few who feel they have the right to group together inlittle packs and consistantly harsh board members they don't like.

I think some of your witty replies are simply to show off, I also think some of your witty replies are hurtful. I never suggested you are deliberately hurtful to show off your (obvious) intelligence

So is it ok for you to be arrogant and not others? Or is it really the bullying you're concerned about? I don't like bullying.

In the bullying circumstances I think the arrogance and bullying go hand in hand, certain board members recently feel they have more right to post here than others, group together and make certain peeps feel like shit.

This is who this thread is targeted... everyone has a right to post here...

And for the record my arrogance is playful - I don't think i've ever given anyone in promise the cold shoulder and I talk to almost every1 - could you give me an example of when I've hurt some1 with these witty comments I make?

I dont believe its the arrogance. Cos joe will be first to admit hes an arrogant tosser but thats why we love him. Its when people are bein nasty and then others join in cos they may feel the same. Then it ends up about 5 on to 1. Just think about how the other person on the recieving end might feel. Not everyone can take harshness with a pinch of salt like others. And those responsible will no who they are. So all i ask is please think of the children.

couldn't give e.g.s without re-reading the entire board, but I have thought before that I would have found some of your posts hurtful if they'd been directed to me. However, as you are only ever bitchy to your friends, you are prob right and I'm prob wrong
