    How do you do that? I just got letter off Halifax saying they will not be paing back my charges :( That was the court letter too.

    Dont know what to do as next step, Barclays paid up before I even sent the court letter

    Just had a letter saying lloyds are gonna pay my charges totalling £485 into my account.

    RESULT! Just in time for my trip to the Dam n all :chill:

    You're lucky, they have frozen all claims due to going to court over it all to see whether they are actually illegal charges!
