    In all the years I have been clubbing in Newcastle - Shindig/University gigs/Wax On/Habit etc etc I have only seen 2 fights. And they were both outside at Riverside/Foundation after the gig.

    I havent seen any trouble at a night ive been to for years, think the last time was at an old pre-trance Promise at Foundation. And that ended up with some dick chasing people around with a fuckin huge knife

    Depends what venues/nights you go to really

    It's fucking shit really. Hard Style/Hard House and that kind of crap bring out all the scum up North.

    IMO digital & evolve are really letting themselves down in that respect. Just who is the club actually for on a Friday night? Surely Evolve could ram it with a decent trance crowd to a higher degree than the Tidy Boys/Scot Project can and avoid it losing any sense of self dignity.

    It is meant to be a get away from that kind of crap.

    Most definately.

    I seen the total variation in crowd playing at Kiddstock this year (harder based event) compared to certain trance nights. Im not dissing harder nights or turning my nose up at the clientel, it's just for me personally there 2 totally different crowds & I have my personal preferance.
