    Your right it is, because the child may not be able to get a place at the nursery because 114 white Bristolians kids with learning difficulties may be at the nursery instead.

    What ive gathered from reading this (i could be wrong) Is that an english child wanted to go to a nusery ... where people who werent as intelligent as him were...they refused him because basically he was too advanced because he spoke english language well and the rest did not and they were basically doing it so he wasnt behind with development :confused: ?

    After re-reading the article it doesn't say the kid in ? is ENGLISH just English speaking the laddo could be:Welsh ,Scottish, Irish, American, Australian, New Zel...etc
