    A monthly night called "Promise Prog" or "Promise Back in the Day Ahh the Memories". :D

    Rich or Tony (or both) would warm up. Then a guest dj would play the late set. Names springing to mind include Dave Seaman, Anthony Pappa, Nick Warren, Lee Burridge, Parks & Wilson. Could also have the prog-trancers who wont get Promise sets now like Max Graham or John 00 Fleming. Then theres the "wet'n'hard" stuff from the likes of Timo and Corvin.

    yep, the nights of richs ace warm up, then either a prog dj ( warren, pappa, seaman, graham) or a trancier dj ( ornadel, hardwick) were when it was amazing, and i was in heaven

    this hard house stuff does nowt for me

    Was it good last night? Me and Karl were supposed to be coming but he then decided that he wanted to go to Shields instead, was canny pissed off like.

    I would of went next week like but I'm in Liverpool, he was class the last time.:D

    The prog warmups were always good when I was there - I say bring em back :)

    Our area manager was inspecting the shop yesterday and he turns round to the manager and says: "I want better music in here, a bit more progressive trance"

    Our manager goes: "Have you ever heard any?"

    Area Manager: "No, but the name sounds good"

    I work at first sport at the metro. We used to have shitty commercial dance and rnb on but that's all changed now... I've been feeding em house music for the last few weeks.

    Then the manager brings his fooking hed kandi cds in and I end up falling asleep every shift... boring!
