    ive started taking these other things..


    basically alcohol just nullifies the effect of the painkiller

    I love the way people get concerned about drinking taking antibiotics, cocodomal etc but will happily sit up all weekend without sleep drinking whatever they can get there hands on listening to the latest house mix's.

    If it's active ingrediant is codeine then you are likely to get quite fucked. Don't opiates/alcohol potentiate eachother (assuming you're taking a decent amount of codeine)?

    Drink less than usual and make sure Katie stays sober to keep an eye on you. :lol:

    codeine and alcohol will most likely make you drowsy. i wouldnt drink that much tho or itle mess with your insides.

    penacillin and alcohol just make the penacillin useless, if it has paracetamol in it it will damage your liver and kidneys.

    i cant quite remember what else codeine has in it, you should be alright off a few glasses aslong as you eat somet aswell

    i once (accidently) took a few too many codeine and its effects are not pleasent at all :(

    my eyes were all red and blood shot, my face went grey and i didnt feel very clever at all....
