Bought a place last year for ~70k.
I pay about 450 a month for Mort and bills..
Spent about 10 - 15k doin the place up over a year and a bit..

Not too hard to move out if you look in the right places..

Living on your own may cost a lot more but it's much better than living with your parents.

Imagine being able to have afters in your own house and not have to worry about getting home in a state!

If you still love going out every weekend than I'd stay at home for now. I made sure I got that out my system before I moved.
