If she's got any sense she'll do nothing for you. You'll soon learn not to expect everything being done.

I go on strike from time to time when Hogg forgets his place. Does the tirck :D

We pay about £300 each for rent and bills, between four of us.

council tax is £144 a month.

The rest includes gas, leccy, water rates, TV licence, SKY, broadband, house insurance, phone line.

Food is about another £100 a month between me and Scott.

www.uswitch.com will help you find the cheapest gas/leccy/phone line/broadband provider in your area.

We have a house account just for paying all our bills, and buying house stuff, so we know exactly how much we need to put in each month, plus a bit extra.

And we have a rota for cleaning so no-one is lumbered with it all.

Our monthly outgoings for all our bills (not including our own personal shit of course) is roughly £700 - 800 per month, depending on how much food i decide we need and also other unexpected bills, as you have to account for the fact that gas and electric is quarterly, so it's usually £700 but when Npower get in touch it's £800 for that month.

But our rent is only £375, so if your paying around £500 obviously i reckon with the increased council tax too you should budget for between £900 and £1000 per month between you

    hope that helps chick :)

    Good Luck

Not much work for me in Newcastle unfortunately. Had six friends down for the weekend and realised just how much I miss them. If my gf and I could get jobs in Newcastle, that are as well paid as they are down here, I would be so tempted to come back.

I actually find London quite friendly though.

I'm a risk management analyst for an energy consultancy. Got an interview with Ofgem (energy regulator) on Thursday, and have already been offered another job with another energy consultancy.
