OFFICIAL STATEMENT

Detox offer their sincere apologies to everyone who was planning to travel on bus number 3 to the Garden of Eden
last night.

Due to a set of circumstances completely beyond our control the bus did not pick up at either of the pre-arranged pick up points in South Shields at 7pm and Central Sation at 730pm

Obviously , we are every bit as annoyed as all those who were supposed to be travelling on this bus.

Since we have a contract in place with the bus company and the obligations of this contract were not fulfilled, we will be pursuing legal means to address the situation.

DETOX have a comprehensive list of all the people who were supposed to be travelling on BUS number 3.

By way of an apology, all those afffected by the transportation problem at the outset of the night will be able to claim free entry to the next big DETOX event.

A big thank you to all those dedicated maniacs who still managed to jump into black cabs and still found their way to the Garden of Eden.

A particular big thankyou to FIDLA and MOI for remedying what could have turned into a catastrophic situation

nice to meet you forks, i was very away with the fairies at our first meeting, but sobered up later and hope i didn't talk AT you

my first 2 hours were spent on the gate drinking a litre of vodka with laz, we could just hear GI Mack in the techno tent to entertain us - then trying to go for a piss in the pitch black with an illuminous band on my wrist... i was very drunk

richie's camper van is awesome

at points throughout the night, that was both the best and worst event I have ever been involved in.

but between 1030 - 130 was some of the most insane madness i have ever seen.

the most bizarre thing i saw all night was when we were shining the torch over toward the bushes and playing with nightvision on the camcorder and was totally shocked to see a lass bent over getting it doggy style from behind off her bloke.

Unfortunately the zoom button didnt focus that far otherwise there would have been some nice footage for RED 2 to edit
