Not the march one bud, gonna give it a miss and go to the last one in october. They've started to get a bit boring since russel pait took over. The cheeky twat even told pontins to not bother putting tea towels, toilet roles and washing up liquid etc like they always do in the challets, just to keep the cost down. Think the last one I went to when I really enjoyed it was probably TW5

Aye but it was confirmed by andy pickles at the last october one. He said they have booked pontins for March and October of 2007 to put peoples minds at reat as there was a rumour going round that the last october one was the last one.

To be honest the tickets sales have been falling really bad. For the size of it there was hardly anyone there at all at the last one in october. It's just lost the feel of what it used to be like big time. All 3 arenas used to be packed regardless of who was on, but now only arena's 1 and 2 get half full and on the friday night at the last one, there was noboddy in arena 3 (probably because it was house on the friday night).

Since russel pait took over most the original staff have left, and hes tried to change a winning formula by putting more trance and techno dj's on. Which has pissed quite a few people off by the looks of it and the fact that ticket sales have consistantley fallen since TW8 should tell them to go back to the way it used to be. Up untill TW8 u had to take a day off work to get a VIP challet and because they sold out straight away, the last time I looked for the march event they still had VIP left weeks after it went on sale.

I get that totally, you just said it like it was a fact rather than an opinion based on a limited experiance of 'underground clubs'.

No biggy, I get your point. :)

Kinda right, it wasn't a dig at Detox or this person's awareness of underground nights in any given city though.

I just wanted to point out that to state 'detox had a certain element about it that u cant get anywhere else (other than underground london)' is a bit of a paradox as nobody is aware of all these nights by their very nature.
