    :lol: i meant im naturally fit as in ive never needed to go the gym or anything, ive always been fit and sporty, fair enought im a skinny fuck....but i was a long distance runner u cant expect me to be huge :)

    dont evr take 15....i did at the goodgreef 3rd birthday at nation, n was nearly crying sat in a coridoor shaking like fuck drinking lemonade at about 11pm

    go to gym every night after work have to do something at my age ha ha
    proper body building stuff have done 2 bodybuilding competitions
    ephedrine are used as a dietary supplement as they speed up your heart rate hence they speed up your metabolism so you burn off more calories quicker
    it gives you the shakes and makes you very anxious and you have eyes like saucers
    but it does work

    Pro Plus are rank. Id rather have a cup of coffee. They make me feel sick. :spangled: I do get slighty hyperactive tho, after bout 2hrs :rolleyes: :lol:

    a good diet is the best way to loose unwanted weight

    i started dieting again on monday this week and have lost nearly half a stone already but without loosing any muscle size and i should continue to loose it at the rate of 3 - 4 lbs a week so in 4 weeks i will be fit as fook again ha ha lol i wish

    Started going about a month ago and feel SO MUCH BETTER!!!

    Instead of sitting on my lazy arse all day :up:

    Hasnt stopped me bein layed up wit flue all week tho :(

    I was the same tho - couldnt b arsed to go - so jus go straight after work now Mon - Thurs and some saturdays...

    Recommend it :up:

    dont train if you have got flu, it will make it worse... :up: cos you will be tired, and youri mmune system will be weaker.

    Thats a decent effort. Do you not find yourself permanently tired - you should have a few rest days.
    I go to the gym bout twice a week,football 2-3 times
