go on the boards - it's got loads of info in the drugs guides, though they're a bit out of date the basics don't change much, but register for the message boards and do some searches of the drugs forum for threads on whatever you want to find out about - there's advice on every drug that ever existed on there from people who've been there, done it got the t-shirt, loads of drugs workers on there too (but the kind of drugs workers who know the score coz they've been there).

don't go asking where you can buy any though or you'll get flamed to fuck

erowid's great too, and good for getting the background chemistry etc.

charts like this mean nothing, alcohol can be healthy but they rank it as the fifth most harmful drug.

the only way to take drugs safely is to research whatever your taking.... but drugs are for mugs... I'm high on life

yes, alcohol is required as part of a healthy diet

but it is still harmful, they key is moderation

That's not the same as ecstasy/coke though. For sure they're more dangerous if you bosh them and overdo the water, but even a small amount can do you real damage and you should know that before you try them (it's rare, I know).

They're all potentially dangerous.

Alcohol in moderation isn't dangerous. There isn't a safe dose of ecstasy/cocaine (unless it was so small as to have no effect which sort of defeats the object).

I'm not arguing 'against' drugs, just that people should know what might happen
