Whats my problem?!?!?!? Your telling people ecstacy is a safe drug!!!

I was a caner, but I always respected what I took - the ket rats of today have no idea what they're taking and little clowns like yourself read erowid and think they're some leading authority on drugs.

You base your entire arguement on government statistics (which you fail to show us), but you don't realise that these alcholic deaths are a result of long term daily abuse.... Where as Ecstacy hasn't been in circulation long enough or abused to the same extent as alcohol.

Yes pills if taken carefully aren't as scary as the government make out... BUT THEY AREN'T FUCKING SAFE!

stop trying to get my thread deleted! :p

on a kinda side note does any1 know why ecstacy is a lot more dangerous to children?

are there physiological differances or immune system not fully developed?

or is it jus cos they are smaller so its at a higher relative concentration?

Young children can't control/maintain their body temperatures as well as adults. Plus, childrens resting heart rates & blood pressures are slightly higher than adults. Ecstacy increases body temperature, heart rate & blood pressure so childrens bodies find it harder to cope with. Kids are obviously way smaller than adults too so if they took a pill the concentration would be far higher. :spangled: Not a good combination.

If my lad ever starts taking drugs ill give him a hiding, simple as, there are a few years yet for the possibility to arise, don't want him turning in to nick fuckin cotton or the like.

I would love it if my kids were doing no more than I am, I got to Promise, have 3 pints and a red bull or 2 and have an amazing nite! the only thing thats gonna harm me is the exposure to loud music and the passive smoking! but one night every month isnt gonna do much harm in the end! having said that when i go to Uni Im sure i'll be goin out more often.
