im not really into it that much, but i do like it, and alot of my mates are into it. the stuff im listening to at the mo is Andy C, Bad Company sort of stuff, but also like the more chilled stuff by LTJ Bukem and the sorts
i ain't into drum n bass but i have had it drummed into me by my m8's!!! can listen to a bit off the milder stuff but sum of it is just a nasty noise!!! one of my fav's is a tune calle deither punish me or don't punish me?!! :spangled:
turns out one of my mates from back here who is a drum n bass mc, is going out with a chick that Sundissential's Madders knows quite well… Apparently, Madders said she is the biggerst caner hes ever met…he got voted caner of there year

the weekend of the 2nd, 3rd & 4th of may theres a drum n bass thang on at the uni!! one of my m8's who is trying to convert me to a drum n bass fan wanted me to go..........i ain't tho cos why wud i want to spend my hard earned cash on listening to that drivel!! i did actually think bout going but i wud sit there with a face like shite on so i don't see the point in going!!
The one on the samw day as the Shindig Baltic thing is at WHQ and has a Hip-hop room down stairs aswell, I reckon if I end up going I'll spend most of me time down there even though I like dnb.
Love all the Latin stuff, but have to say I'm more into the stuff on Good Looking, Bukem's a mint producer - though live sets can sometimes fall a little flat, especially without support from Conrad. Went to a Kaos party last year abroad and have to say it was one of the best nights I've had. Adam F with Grooverider, Andy C & Bad Company with Conrad, Skibadee et all on the mics. Fat as fuck. Grooverider got the 10,000 strong crowd to wave their lighters in the air, pure stadium rock cheese moment, but it really worked
Quite like drum and bass. Aphrodite was probably the best I've seen. Adam F and Roni Size also good Someone mentioned Omni Trio... they are amazing I love listening to that more chilled dnb. I have their album Byte Size Life and am guna get others when I get my loan Polar are like this as well, very good!! However overall I prefer to go out to house / trance as I find it better to dance to! Would Aphex Twin be classed as Drum and Bass - he's amazing!! Come to Daddy is just the best song I was told he was classed as Drill and Base tho, can anyone confirm this?? Whatever he is mint!!
If you like Omni Trio, definitely get Even Angels Cast Shadows, it's absolutely brilliant. I'd say some Aphex Twin was drum and bass-esque, but dunno whether it's actually D&B. I've heard the term Drill and Bass used to describe his stuff but fuck knows what that means. It's weird cos some of his stuff is like really hard techno but he can also produce the most chilled out music you'll ever hear.

Absoultly, his chilled out music is also fantastic. I find you can listen to it quietly if you want to chill out, but if you put it on loud it can still sound really intense. Overall definatly one of my favourite producers and remixers
