    people think that when u dont eat like that you will lose weight

    when actually all your body does is eat away at the muscles within your body in order to find the nutrients it needs, your body ends up just going saggy, no wonder her insides were fucked

    i couldn't go a day without eating, if i don't eat every few hours or so i go really quiet and faint. It's crazy. I must have a good three meals a day, unless i'm ill or something.
