you could use the dumbells for lunges one in each arm and step forward on one leg then the other squats would be as you say crouching for a wee i would explain it another this would be with the barbell across your shoulders(back of your neck) but a bit lower then just squat down i can do it with 120kg just and my legs start shaking, one of my mates tried to be clever and lift the same when he went down he just fell forward in front of every one, was in creases with every one else in the gym

if you work in an office and under your desk is pretty secluded then take a childs size cheap ball or something similar to work an hold it between your knees an squeeze it a few times a day... just before lunch and just before you leave will again give slightly more fat ox but it won't be as dramatic as before breakfast cos you've already eaten...
