exercise when you're hungry, and do well over 30 mins so it gets into the fat burning stage... it knacks but works. cycling's best but outside is way better than in the gym. and lay off the pies (y)
If go on a cardio machine like the cross trainer or swimming or running that should work. Don't do weights cos they make you bulky. (Don't mean to say that in a nasty way but I felt when I was bustine my ass at a gym my whole body is now toned and not too muscily.xx
You cant spot reduce .... physiologically impossible otherwise, with all the crunches i do - i'd have a six pack like peter andre, and not one like peter stringfellow Your body will hold onto weight in stubborn areas and pretty much wont let it go unless you drop it from everywhere else. You might want to try cardio on an empty stomach in the mornings - apparently thats the bee's knees for that sort of thing.
