As the person who gets the off sick/dead family member calls, I just log it all in book & when it comes to laying people off.........well you can guess who goes

Give the amateur psychology a rest though sunshine, you clearly don't have the capacity to understand what the hell is going on here, let alone attempt to perform some impromptu character profiling on the basis of a few random (mostly WUM) posts I've made.
