Then your problem isn't with faith based schools, your problem is with religion (as blood transfusions have nothing to do with faith schools).

You want to outlaw religion and force them to subscribe to your beliefs... very ethical of you andy

your taxes are spent on your childs education... why shouldn't mine be spent on my childs education?

You never once said you want to outlaw religion, I'm trying to understand why you were giving examples of the Jehovahs.

Religion may be used to justify immoral actions, but science has been used to justify much eviler actions... should we also ban science from schools?

Ban the cause not the excuse.

nobody is saying they should be denied anything !

Religion is a good concept and yes it can have good lessons but wouldnt we all be better off without the scores of different religions contradicting and inciting each other ? im not saying we all have to follow one code or rule but wouldnt it be better if we all just beleived there was another plain of exisitance that contained a higher power as that is the message all religions have in common tbh i think the stuff after that is just a whole load of bolocks made up of old wifes tales and whispers handed down from generation to generation and no one can prove otherwise !!:D

That would be good, but we'd find something else that would segment the society... its human nature.

Just like you choose friends disassociate yourself from others.

"I don't think" being the opperative word (btw I'm not implying you don't thin, I'm implying its your personal opinion)... You have no right to force others to subscribe to your opinion, there exists a huge demographic that would like to see religious values instilled in their children.

I'm seriously suggesting that if the parents of a child believe in the creationist interpretation of Adam and Eve, then they have the right to edcuate that child according to their beliefs... It has nothing to do with me.

but how does it harm you when people believe this?

Its hardly fucking child abuses... you're a bunch of arrogant pricks that would be better suited to a stalinist state than a free democracy.

Let people live their lives to their own beliefs and customs.

we're not talking about the masses, we're talking about faith schools.

Since when has creationism been taught to the masses?

What a pessimistic view of education you have, school is not just there to enhance the economy it is there to instill values, unleash creative abilities, enhance our social skills.... to view it purely as a means of furthering our economy demonstrates such shallow expectations from our offspring.

I can understand why you are so opposed to faith now :D

schools should be free from religion imo, if people want to learn about it they should be taught by parents, or by other means

you don't fund the jewish schools, you fund the school your child goes to... The jews that pay the same taxes fund the schools their kids go to.
