    Scrambled egg with halved baby tomatoes, chives and maybe a little cottage cheese and a few chili flakes on toast. :up:

    I'm quite fond of a cheese & onion toasty and a tin of Heinz cream of tomato soup.. perfect hangover cure, but also nice for a random lunch.

    Also I have far too much of a liking for tins of pasta shapes and sausages intended for kids.. oh and Campbells meatballs. :lol:

    wraps (just use birds eye oven cooked breaded chicken cut into strips for these)

    My old special used to be a large tin of campbells condensed soup and a load of dried pasta put into a pan.

    .... cook that for 20 minutes and you have an instant student meal for only about 50p :lol:
