It's part of growing up though. If you don't move out until you're living with a gf then you're missing a crucial part of life imo.

so 4am on a tuesday morning you can have your music as loud as you want then? i think not somehow.

not saying you should move out btw... just that imo there are deff more pro's than con's to it!

are you for real? it might of bin a part of your life but it isnt a part of others, everyones life is different.

i go out when i want, i buy pretty much what i want, i have a car. thats all i want at the moment. if im happy why would i put my self in unnecasary financial difficulties. like i said, im a fucking temp! and im going in the RAF soon

I'm not saying YOU should move out. I'm just talking about in general.

No matter what you say though, having your own independence and moving out of the family home is part of growing up. And even though you think you can do what you want now, and moving out wouldn't change anything, it just does- and it's hard to explain. You can do all the things iamian's mentioned, but you notice loads of stupid little differences too. You have to experience it to know it's better.

    people work

and its quite hard finding flatmates that like you putting loud music on at 4am. i wouldnt like it one bit unless i was already up.

plus, sharing with people you dont know brings loads of other issues like cleaning etc. i'd get stuck with a right mong that likes living in his own mess.

That's my point though, all these issues/arguments/complications etc are all part of the experience. So is living with a few freaks along the way

i have also seen alot of peoples student flats, they dont look like very nice places to live.

most people that dont go away to uni live with their parents when theyre in their early 20's. Ive worked locally since i was 16. like i said i was gonig to move out with me ex but we split up. i have no need to move out
