when i was with me ex bird all she ate was takeaways, every single night and she was skinny as fuck! i would eat them and i started going fat as fuck. when we split up i lost 2 stone in 2 month lmao

same here i must admit i eat some amount of fast food crap or chinese takeaways or pizza hut home deliverys i used to be a chef yars ago but cant stand cooking now

if you want some 'easy answers' about your diet etc then i'll sort you with a profile when my site gets up...

all you have to do is fill in a food diary for a week online an you can find out what you're current diets like and how you can easily make it a bit better without impacting on your lifestyle...

i used to eat healthy when i played football but since i stopped i just went a bit mad with curry's etc

when i say i need to sort out what i eat cos i eat load of shite people always reply with, "well you're not even fat". they dotn realise that its not cos i want to lose weight its because i want to be healthy

i found it ok i worked in aviemore with the hilton and it was cracking staying in complex behind the hotel used to finish work and go and get smashed with random folk who also worked there , but after 6month i decided to come home

it was amazing honestly the location of the hotel was class little lake behind it and had log cabin aswell

the fanny was unbelivable you used to walk out your room door and french birds would be walking about with there tits out ,i miss waking up with comedowns in random rooms

only down side is as your on site you couldnt exactly phone in sick etc
