i struggle on mine and i only pay £100 a month, although i have a car which costs £400 a month to run , a loan, 2 credit cards and a store card, phone bill, internet.......

a mortgage is for about 20yrs lol. one of us would be wanting to move out after about a couple of year cos of relationships etc.

3month contracts mate, i could get a months notice anytime like. although now i could be there for good. theirs not many of us temps left as you know and ive bin kept cos of my skills and hard graft. nissan sunderland only has about 10yrs max left.

haha nissan st petersburg, russia opens in 2009. they say its only building cars for the russian market, but i think they have something up there sleeve tbh

its not really like that though, if one of you wants to move out you just sell the house, pay off the mortgage and share the rest between you's, its better option than spendind three years renting, and in turn when one of you wants to move out you have wasted every penny you have spent on rent and have nothing to show for it.

i know that but if one wants to move out after lets say a year. the others wotn wanna sell up so they'll be up shit creek cos they wont be able to aford the mortgage

the mortgage we looked at was about £700 a month i think, the house was gonig cheap cos a) is in seaham b) it was in a newly developed area and construction was still gonig on around it
